Why teams switch to Send Yard

Everything Google gives you, plus the part they don't

Buying licences is the easy bit. What actually decides whether a rollout goes well is who plans the cutover, who fixes the DNS, and who answers when a director can't get into their calendar at seven in the morning.

Better value than buying direct

Reseller agreements let us structure licence tiers, commitment terms and mixed plan types around how your team actually works — so you stop paying for capacity nobody touches. We review the mix with you every renewal.

Migration handled end to end

Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives and distribution groups move across with history intact. We run a pilot group first, keep both systems live during cutover, and reconcile item counts before we call it done.

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and monitored — not left on a checklist. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, read the aggregate reports with you, then move to enforcement once legitimate senders are clean.

24/7 support from real people

One shared inbox, one phone line, one escalation path into Google when something needs it. No tier-one script, no bot loop — the engineer who set up your tenant is the one who picks up the thread.

Google Workspace plans

Four editions. One partner who knows which one you need.

Every edition below includes business Gmail on your own domain, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Chat. The difference is storage, meeting capability, security tooling and administrative control. Mix editions across departments — we handle the licensing detail.

Not sure which edition fits? Tell us your headcount, how much mail history you're carrying and whether you have compliance obligations — we'll map departments to editions and send a written recommendation, usually within one working day.

Why buy through a reseller

Same Workspace. Considerably less friction.

Google builds the platform brilliantly. What they don't do is sit on a call with your office manager at half past six while the finance team's shared mailbox is being rebuilt. That's the job we take.

A partner, not a portal

You get a named account manager, a written migration plan before anything moves, and consolidated invoicing that your finance team can actually reconcile.

Migration from Microsoft 365, Exchange or legacy Gmail

We inventory every mailbox, shared mailbox, alias and distribution list first, then move mail, calendars and contacts with folder structure and permissions preserved. Users keep working throughout — most people notice only that their signature needs re-adding.

Admin console set up the way it should be

Organisational units that reflect your real structure, sensible sharing defaults, group-based access, mobile device rules and delegated admin roles — configured on day one instead of accumulating as ad-hoc exceptions for three years.

Deliverability that survives contact with the real world

Correct SPF includes without exceeding lookup limits, DKIM signing on every legitimate sender, DMARC moved to enforcement in stages, and reverse DNS checked. If you send marketing or outbound sequences, we warm the domain properly instead of hoping.

Gemini AI in Workspace, rolled out with guardrails

We enable Gemini where it earns its keep — drafting in Gmail, summarising long threads, generating first-pass documents and meeting notes — alongside a short internal policy so staff know what may and may not be pasted into a prompt.

Local billing and invoicing that finance accepts

One consolidated invoice covering every domain and entity, issued on your billing cycle with the purchase-order references your accounts team needs. Add or remove seats mid-term and it reconciles on the next statement.

A dedicated account manager who knows your setup

The same person handles your renewals, your seat changes and your escalations, and reviews your licence mix before every renewal so you aren't quietly carrying editions nobody uses. Reachable by email, phone or a shared channel.

How it works

Three steps from first email to a settled tenant

Most migrations of under 200 mailboxes complete inside two weeks from the day we get DNS access. Larger or multi-entity moves get a phased plan with pilot groups.

Scope and quote

A short call to cover headcount, current mail platform, storage in use, compliance needs and any deadlines. You get a written recommendation and a quote — no obligation, no drawn-out procurement dance.

Provision and migrate

We create the tenant, verify your domain, build the organisational structure, publish DNS records and run a pilot migration. Once the pilot reconciles cleanly we schedule the full cutover for a quiet window.

Settle and support

Onboarding sessions for staff, a one-page cheat sheet for the things people always ask, then ongoing 24/7 support and a licence review before every renewal. Your account manager stays the same throughout.

Security & deliverability

Mail that arrives, and data that stays where you put it

Authentication and access control are configured during onboarding, documented in plain language, and reviewed with you each year. No unexplained records left in your DNS zone by someone who left the business.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Records published and aligned across every sending source you own — Workspace, your CRM, your invoicing tool, your help desk. DMARC starts in monitoring mode and moves to enforcement once the reports are clean.

Two-factor enforcement

Two-step verification rolled out by organisational unit with a grace period, security keys or passkeys for admins and finance, and recovery paths agreed in advance so nobody gets locked out at the worst moment.

Data loss prevention

Rules that catch card numbers, national identifiers and confidential document classes before they leave the organisation — with warn-only mode first so you can see what would have been blocked before anything is.

Admin controls and audit

Least-privilege admin roles, alerting on suspicious sign-ins and mass downloads, retention policies via Vault where required, and an exportable audit trail when a client or auditor asks for one.

In their words

Quiet migrations make for happy clients

A good rollout is one nobody talks about afterwards. Here's what a few teams said once the dust settled.

We moved 340 mailboxes off Microsoft 365 over a single weekend and had two support tickets on Monday, both about signatures. The pilot group approach is what sold it to our board — we could see it working before we committed the whole company.
Priya RaghavanHead of IT, Harborline Logistics
Our quotes had been landing in spam for months and nobody could tell us why. Send Yard found three sending tools that were never authorised on the domain, fixed the records and walked us through the DMARC reports until it was boring. Enquiries went back to normal in a fortnight.
Daniel OkaforOperations Director, Quaystone Interiors
As a founder I don't want to think about mail at all. I have one person I message, they answer, and the licence review before renewal has twice saved us seats we'd forgotten we were carrying. That's the whole review.

Questions

Answers before you ask

Still unsure about something? Send one email and a person will reply — usually the same day.

Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen editions and commitment term. Because we can mix editions across departments and structure the term around your budget cycle, a written quote is far more useful than a generic figure. Tell us your headcount and current platform and we'll come back, usually within one working day.

No. We migrate mail, folder structure, calendars, contacts and shared drives with history intact, and we reconcile item counts per mailbox against the source system before signing off. Your existing platform stays live in parallel during cutover, so there is always a fallback. Shared mailboxes, aliases and distribution lists are inventoried up front and recreated as Google Groups with the same addresses.

For most organisations under 200 mailboxes, around two weeks from the day we get DNS and source-system access: a few days to provision and structure the tenant, a pilot group, then a full cutover over a quiet window. Larger estates, multi-domain groups and anything with heavy public-folder or archive history get a phased plan with dates agreed in advance. You'll have the schedule in writing before anything moves.

Us, first and always. Our team handles day-to-day questions, admin changes, account recovery and configuration around the clock, and we hold the escalation path into Google for the rare issue that genuinely needs platform-side attention. You keep full ownership of your tenant and can see every change we make in the admin audit log.

Yes, and most of our clients do. Warehouse and field staff often sit comfortably on Business Starter while finance, legal and leadership need the Vault retention and device controls in Business Plus. We map departments to editions during scoping and revisit the mix at every renewal so you aren't carrying capability nobody uses.

We start with a full authentication audit: every sending source on the domain, current SPF record and its lookup count, DKIM signing status, DMARC policy and reverse DNS. Most placement problems come from unauthorised or forgotten senders and an SPF record that has quietly outgrown its limits. We fix the records, enable aggregate reporting, and stay with it until inbox placement is stable — then move DMARC to enforcement.
